Positive: Cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere.

Negative: The manager took INR500 as commission just to arrange for a taxi to come and pick me up. He told me that it was an advanced payment and that it would b deducted in the driver's fare! It was his way of making some quick money.

Positive: This was the best accommodation we have stayed at during our trip to India. Horst and his team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and truly caring. When my boyfriend had some stomach problems, they prepared fresh ginger tea for him several times and checked on him regularly. We felt genuinely looked after. They also helped us with activity recommendations around Munnar, and every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The whole property is arranged with so much love and attention to detail – you can really feel the warmth of the place. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Munnar.
