Positive: The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Negative: The decor is tired and the hotel needs refurbishing throughout. The bed was extremely soft and therefore uncomfortable. The location means that there is no where to go in the afternoon or evening unless you are on the Ramoji Film City Tour. The swimming pool did not look clean and feeling unable to swim in it was a huge disappointment.

Positive: I think I liked the property..overall the facilities are good .. The breakfast spread was good .we upgraded our stay to their theme villa ..However

Negative: They didn't honour the free entry to the amusement park ...it is mentioned in the faq .I raised a complaint with booking.com as well however haven't rec'd a response as yet ..I feel slightly short changed as the hotel didn't honour free entry to the amusement park and charged me close to 3500 for the same

Positive: The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of options with Indian and Continental pieces. The staff was helpful and caring to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Negative: Initially, we had rooms where the Air Conditioning did not work. Everything was fine once we shifted to different rooms. The staff was very helpful!
