Positive: Everything was great,sauna was lovely,not to far from the centre just cut through the train station straight into shopping centre which was good,then just a few minutes to the square.

Negative: Everything was fab, just the outside seating area in need of a good cleaning.

Positive: Exceptional decor. Great amount of space and very well equipped and comfortable. Balcony & second bathroom are a real bonus. Very good value for money.

Negative: Check in was frustrating. Having agreed and confirmed early check in prior to arrival, the apartment was not ready on arrival. Note despite two bathrooms, only one toilet. Balcony would benefit from a refresh as too small to seat 4 people with current layout.

Summary: Easy walk to main square via bus and train station.

Positive: Beautifully decorated and very elegant. The lighting and finishing touches were fabulous. Comfortable beds and property was spotlessly clean and warm. Did not use the sauna, but the showers were amazing, as was the bath. Water temperature was always piping hot. Great location, we used BOLT to get about which was so cheap! Less than 10 mins ride from main market square. There is a little supermarket just a 2 min walk from property, which had all we needed and reasonably priced. I would say we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better!

Negative: We were very happy with the property, however a toaster and drying rack for clothes would have been appreciated.

Summary: One of the best properties we have stayed in!

Positive: High quality modern apartment with private sauna , batch , kitchen and balcony. 6 minutes away by foot from Krakow train station and the Gallery. Comfortable beds. Fast WiFi Nice to have basic things for cooking e.g. Salt , coffee , stove baking paper etc.

Negative: I would suggest to provide more then 1 key for 4 people Adding kitchen towel and at all renovate kitchen pans etc. would be nice

Negative: Nothing not to like. Very pleased with our stay Not a huge problem as the local shop stays open until 11pm but might be nice to have a few items for late check ins. Some milk in the fridge etc

Positive: A lovely apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Brilliant transport links. Great food nearby as well as a small supermarket. The apartment has all the facilities you could want from a kitchenette incouding electric hob, fridge freezer and oven, living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom with a toilet, another with a shower, sauna and bath. Two TVs, a multiroom sound system, a balcony. It was great. The sauna was amazing, and I really want one at home now.. Mariusz was on hand and quick to reply to all messages. We were allowed to check in early and also allowed to check out a bit later too. This was a huge help.

Negative: Personally, only negative for me was I'm a big guy, 195cm tall, and I had the double bed. It had two small duvets and found it hard to cover myself than if it was one large duvet. If one was provided, that would have been perfect. Also, it took me a while to figure out the mirror behind the toilet is a cupboard containing toilet paper 😂 it would have been helpful if this was obvious.
