1 full bathroom with combination tub and shower and 1/2 bathrooms with sink and toilet.
The living room has a sofa bed (can sleep 2). Linens and blankets supplied. The downstairs /1st floor bedroom has a Queen bed. There are 2 upstairs/ 2nd floor bedrooms consisting of 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 single and a single futon style sofa bed (linen set and pillow supplied) and the other bedroom has 3 single beds and another single futon style sofa bed (linen set and pillow supplied).
We have a crib (travel style) with linens and blanket supplied.
There is a 6 person hot tub and outside pool - 6 matching lounger chairs and pool toys complement the pool experience. Both are serviced and maintained weekly and after every guest.
Large pond with 2 kayaks, life vest and paddle. Fenced off front yard. Pets welcome.
The caretaker lives on site in a separate building and will park in the driveway occupying 1 space.

Summary: We absolutely loved it. The house was welcoming. It was clean & the kitchen had everything we needed, just as if we were home. Our teenagers loved the bowl of snacks left on the counter. The pool was refreshing, the hot tub was relaxing, we enjoyed fishing in the pond and had fun feeding them the pellets that were left for us. The zip line was so much fun! I loved that the front yard was fenced in so my 2 large doggos had space to roam freely. It would have been perfect if the backyard was fenced too, so they could be free outside with us while we enjoyed all the outdoor activities. Jacob, the man on premises was great, he helped us with the zip line & asked many times if we needed anything. Only thing that I feel should be mentioned in the description is that he has 2 dogs living with him, no compliant, still 5 stars but upon arrival we walked out to the pond & could hear dogs barking were he stays. It made me nervous as my dogs do not get along well with other dogs, so it worried me as I did not know if he just let them outside or kept them leashed. Needless to say we only ever saw the dogs going for a walk in the mornings and never outside loose. We did however try to keep our dogs mainly in the front yard just to lessen the chances of them see his dogs, which they never ended up seeing them! So again, not a compliant, just feedback to the owner that it should be in the description to make people aware & prepared. We still loved the place & 100% plan on going back!!
