Positive: The staff at the hotel was always very friendly and obliging and very welcoming. Also helpful in aranging transportation. Breakfast was ok, and also a la carte dinner was decent. Location is great, right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone.

Negative: The hotel itself is older and a bit run down. Big rooms, but the coziness is unfortunately missing due to no heating (actually in the whole building) and old furniture. In the bathroom there was mold in the shower and hot water supply only for a real quick shower. Not a five stars hotel according to international standards but rather 3 stars, because of the points mentioned above. Actually sad to see, that not more is done and invested in such a splendid propperty...

Positive: very nice hotel at very good location. i always stay in this hotel whenever i visit darjeeling. staffs are kind and nice. very clean. breakfast is very good

Negative: water tank in bathroom does not hold hot water for a long time. wud be better to collect water in a bucket for a bath.
