Summary: What a wonderful getaway!! Leah and Wes were great hosts. Thank you for the wine. We enjoyed it the first night. Sat around the fire every night, really enjoyed the screened in porch and viewing deck and the hammocks were awesome. They are right about cell service but personally, I loved that! Will definitely come back!! Thank you so much!!

Summary: My now wife and I needed a beautiful location to host our two families for an intimate wedding weekend that could be more or less fully contained on the property. Fern rock was perfect. An incredible place for a small group to spend time for any occasion. Leah and Wes accommodated is fully.

Summary: We went there with our son and daughter... they each brought some friends and it was wonderful to have the multiple cabins as well as the main lodge to all come together for dinner! Just a splendid place! We have been coming to Hot Springs for years and this was the best place we have rented!

Summary: Carol was extremely easy to work with and did a very good job communicating. The property was bigger than I expected which was great because that gave us a reason to explore. Everything was cleaned and well organized. The hot tub was fantastic in the evenings and the floating porch was a gem in the mornings to drink coffee. I would definitely go back.
