Summary: This was a very nice property. The pond is on the smaller side so no motor boats are allowed. I brought my kayaks and we saw loons, a nice beaver and great blue herons. It was very peaceful, clean and relaxing. I can't say enough good things about our hosts. Jim, Bernadette, and their two dogs. They were in contact immediately after checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Which it was. Excellent hosts and property. 5 stars.

Summary: We loved our stay at the cottage, and although the weather wasn’t very cooperative, we had a lovely time playing board games and watching movies. There’s plenty of great options for going on walks and hikes. The cottage itself is lovely and there are so many opportunities to disconnect and enjoy nature and good company

Summary: Charming, cozy, and clean cottage perched on the shores of Smith Pond. Excellent accommodations in a stunningly beautiful and peaceful location. The Allens were kind enough to allow us to invite our family of 8 adults and 2 children and 1 dog to share the day with us at the cottage. We had a terrific, fun family day enjoying this wonderful property!

Summary: The property was everything I had hope it would be. It was warm and cozy fory October stay. The livingroom gave me the sense that I was on the pond. Bernadette responded quickly to any questions that I had. I hope to return next year.

Summary: We just relaxed and brought our dog{Cinder} with us. The three of us ventured out to several towns and enjoyed going and walking Cinder down the streets of Concord. What a beautiful city! Had some wonderful meals. And meet some very friendly people. At the cottage we read, a little TV, some walks. Hope to come up sometime when the weather is warmer to enjoy the lake!
