Positive: This property exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly generous and the property was exactly as described,. It was fully stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. The air conditioning worked very well and the WiFi was strong. We had an amazing stay here and enjoyed many swims on the private beach at our doorstep.

Negative: Nothing, we loved everything about this property.

Positive: This apartment is amazing! From check-in to check-out, Litsa is the best host I have ever met. So warm and generous, just great. On arrival we were invited to dinner in the apartment's own taverna. In the days that followed, she sometimes simply stood outside the door with one of our favorite dishes. On arrival she had already filled the fridge with water and things for breakfast, including honey and jam. Wine is great to take upstairs from the taverna, very tasty and very cheap! If something was missing in the apartment, all you had to do was asking. The taverna closes at around 6pm, so there is absolutely no noise in the evening. If you don't like fish, you may be bothered a few times during the day on the terrace by the rising smell from the kitchen, but it didn't bother us. On Good Friday there was a bigger group in the restaurant until late in the evening, but apart from a few laughs nothing was heard. Many thanks Litsa for the lovely days with you! We are very happy to recommend you!

Negative: You need a car to go there, the next supermarkets are around 15 minutes by car. But if you check the map in advance, you should know this!

Positive: Very calm place, house is next to the beach. We were satisfied with everything. Litsa is extremely willing host. . 2 bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen. Apartment is sunny, airy, well air conditioned. Host prepared basic food for first breakfast, wine, table water, ... very nice bonus. There is one umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach. We traveled with 3 kids, maybe plastic chairs or camping chairs would help. Beach is mix of sand and pebbles. There is small part with natural shade. There is sea with clear water and lots of small fish next to the island. I can also recommended Litsa restaurant. Lavrion city is about 20 minutes by car and offer lots of restaurants, markets, shops and good atmosphere.

Negative: Small balcony (for 5 members family).

Summary: Perfect apartment for our stay. Clean, well equipped.

Positive: We were welcomed so warmly, shown how to use everything. Made to feel completely at home. The personality and warmth of the owner is amazing. It was the perfect place to spend time in beachside Greece. Still plenty of area to explore and sightsee. Air conditioning or ocean breeze!

Positive: This was an incredible place to stay right on the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Our host was very kind and stocked some essentials in the fridge for us prior to our arrival. She went out of her way to cook us an incredible meal in her restaurant downstairs, dropped us a traditional Greek dessert to the apartment and came to say goodbye on our last day. Would highly recommend staying here!

Positive: The place and the hospitality of the host exceeded all our expectations! The apartment is located on the first floor in a building right next to the beach - above the tavern. It is superbly equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Wi-Fi works flawlessly (checked by two teenagers :)). The distance from the sea shore is about 20 m, so at any time of the day or night you can enjoy the surroundings, sunbath and swim in a wonderful bay. However, the greatest asset to this place is the host - Litsa, who constantly took care of us! Throughout our stay, she hosted us many times in her tavern and made our stay even more pleasant in many ways. This made our holidays unforgettable!!! I recommend this place to all those, who are looking for rest and peace!

Negative: Everything was PERFECT! There is no shop nearby, so it is necessary to take a taxi to do shopping or ask for supplies - of course, the host helps with everything.

Positive: Unexpectedly, the owner of the apartment and restaurant offered us free dinners and free drinks on many occasions, helped us to inflate our swimming gear, and she was very kind in general. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished and very clean. Air conditioning works perfectly. The apartment is located right on the sea shore, above a small restaurant serving simple but good food. Although the restaurant was open till 11-12 pm almost every day, the noise was not very noticeable. A very nice sandy beach (Daskalio) with a bar, showers, beds, etc. is just 10 min away on foot.

Negative: The only problem is that the village is very small, and there are no shops at all, just few restaurants nearby, all serving basically the same selection of food and drinks. The nearest supermarket is in Keratea (15 min by car/taxi). There are also no sightseeing destinations nearby: the cities of Porto Rafti and Lavrio are unremarkable. However, Athens is just 50 min away by car. Another problem was WiFi connection that was not working at all for several days, we had to rely on EU-wide roaming.

Summary: Litsa is a remarkably hospitable host. The location is perfect for tourists with a car.
