Summary: Great location for lake Norman visit. Room for 2 trucks with boats. Property for clean and quiet. There was no BBQ grill and cooking utensils were sparse. It would be nice if they had more pots and pans, I prefer to cook at the house vs going out to eat. We had to buy a grill to use for this trip. Be careful when showering in main bath tub, it is very slippery. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Summary: This house was perfect for our Christmas trip to visit family. The house has plenty of room, and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was huge for us to take our dogs out. Soggy provided great communication and everything went super smoothly. We will definitely stay again when we come into town to visit family.

Summary: Immaculately clean home with the most amazing fire pit and sitting area out back. Modern furniture, great bathrooms, full size fridge, plenty of supplies. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had a pizza cutter, yay! Harris Teeter grocery store nearby had everything we needed for the fire. Host was very friendly! Would 100% stay here again!
