Summary: The staff were always friendly and helpful, the issues with the hotel shouldn’t reflect badly on them. There were just some problems that couldn’t be ignored: the room had sliding doors to a balcony that weren’t actually sealed properly so mosquitos could get in easily. I think the biggest problem is that it’s advertised as having a restaurant and there simply isn’t one at all. Even the sign out the front says there is one! Really bizarre. There was an area of the hotel that seemed to be intended as a restaurant, bar and second pool, but it was in disrepair. The problems came down to poor management and maybe a lack of funds to invest in the hotel.

Summary: Stayed in the 6 bed dorm. It was a bit of a mess with 4 other ppl's belongings taking up every imaginable surface but was lucky no one snored too badly as there's absolutely no sound proofing. Bring ear plugs. Bathroom was clean. Don't sit on the furniture outside as everything is crawling with ants
