Positive: The location is spectacular!! It’s a bit challenging to get to and would recommend renting a 4x4 when driving on the road in. The views are worth it though!

Negative: The decor is a bit dated but the rooms are so clean and very well maintained.

Summary: The owner is so wonderful and the views and town are incredible!

Positive: Olympos Archipelagos has a somewhat unique location with a stunning view on the western side of Karpathos. Besides the view, the complex features a large and long patio/terrace built with a lot of taste and full of wonderful flowers and plants. The space is generous. Restaurant Mylos is the closest to the facility and an excellent one. Although close to Olymbos, this hotel is in a quiet area, away from the overly touristic shops, cafes and restaurants in Olymbos.

Negative: The road to reach Olympos Archipelagos, which is usually quite challenging, was even worse because of three days of heavy rain. Driving to the facility at 8:00 pm was close to a nightmare. We only drove once more on that road to go and park in Olymbos. The day we left, Eugenia kindly carried one of us and our bags to the parking space in Olymbos. We were in Villa Aphrodite and internet only worked downstairs. For this sleeping downstairs there is no privacy and no closet. Suitable only for children or groups of young people. The shower downstairs has no curtain and, afterwards, the waters comes back up from the center of the room. The whole facility needs some maintenance.

Summary: A somewhat unique place with one of the most beautiful views of the Greek islands.

Positive: Evangelia was a fabulous host with so much knowledge and typical Greek hospitality with a smile. The property is beautiful with amazing breathtaking views. 5 min walk to the middle of the town for some authentic karpathonian food . Make sure you try the Makarunes home made Olympos pasta . Parthenon restaurant meet locals and eat lovely food .Shout out to Nick the Greek American owner

Positive: The property offers maisonettes. They combine comfort and traditional style. They’re super clean and well maintained. The most perfect point is the view from both private and common balconies. The sea view and the sunset are amazing.

Positive: What a magical place! One of our best accommodations on the island! I choose it for the perfect sunset - and we had THE perfect sunset on our terrace. Fully equipped apartment with really everything what you need. Well….beside the WiFi connection. But she’s working on it - so better enjoy the sunset as starring in your phone. Wonderful host. A place where you feel at home.

Positive: When we decided to celebrate Easter in Olympos, there was no question about where we were going to stay. Olympos Archipelagos ticked all the boxes. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and magical. The apartments are beautifully furnished and well serviced. Eugenia and her son Manos were the perfect hosts- generous, kind, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our conversations with Eugenia who was always willing to provide information about the village and the island in general.

Positive: Jaw dropping location! Seriously magical! Clean and spacious villa with every attention to detail. The owner Evgenia is the sweetest woman and her pride in her property shows! On the opposite side of the hill from town, you get both sunrise and sunset! Don’t let the gravel road put you off, go slow, one of the only rentals you can drive right to.
