Positive: The hotel's grounds are gorgeous and the air is clean, unlike in Almaty's city center. Highly recommended.

Negative: The breakfast is mediocre and not tasty. They could collaborate with catering companies (outsource breakfast). Breakfast: 2 stars.

Positive: I like that within the property there are trees or I could say a small park where you can admire nature within the city. There were also views of the snowy mountains from our room window and balcony. The staff and reception were also helpful despite the language barrier we had to talk via translation apps. Breakfast was basic.

Negative: It was hard to find the hotel especially at the wee hours of the morning when we arrived since there were no signages. For a while, we had to look for the property with the help of the Yandex driver. Before you enter the hotel, you would need to enter a gate with no markings of the hotel but markings of the sports club. There is also no elevator so I had to carry our luggages up to the 3rd level. The toilet was tiny.

Positive: We had a truly wonderful stay at Olimpica Hotel. Everything was just perfect! The room was nice, cosy, and very clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. The hotel offers two large swimming pools — one for adults and a separate one for children, which was very convenient for families. The surroundings are beautiful: a peaceful forest and an apple garden with fresh, clean air. It feels like being in nature, yet the hotel is located very close to the city, making it easy to reach while still being away from city noise. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the excellent facilities: a cheap and well-maintained tennis court, a spacious and relaxing sauna, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. In short, Olimpica Hotel is the perfect place to rest, recharge, and spend quality time with family. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, nature, and hospitality in one place!
