Summary: Our 4th stay in this charming cottage did not disappoint. Shannon’s communication is always spot on. Beds are comfortable, high quality, plentiful linen provided, well equipped kitchen and convenient location for access to CBD, suburbs and country Victoria either driving or public transport. Central heating and air conditioning both work ( temp ranged from 13-37 during the 8 days)! Thanks again Shannon!

Summary: This was our 3rd stay at Newport cottage and it did not disappoint. Spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, quality linens, plentiful towels, well equipped kitchen and many extras. Shannon was, as always, a delight to deal with. Communications were prompt and spot on. Check in was easy. We hope to come and stay again soon. Thank you Shannon!

Summary: We had another wonderful stay at Shannon’s cottage in Newport. Comfortable beds, luxe linens and many thoughtful touches combined for a wonderful family holiday for us and our 3 children (11-17). Shannon’s communication is prompt, accurate and friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook family meals and even do some baking. We really appreciated the extra touches like milk, coffee, tea, oil, chocolates etc on arrival. Many thanks for another memorable stay Shannon. I hope we will be back soon!

Summary: We were in town for a family celebration and selected Shannon’s cottage to stay at with my parents based on the pics and descriptions. We could not have been happier with our choice. Everything was as described and per the photos. Shannon is an extremely thoughtful host. Her communication was prompt, accurate and welcoming. When she found out my parents were coming she pointed out several age friendly features of the property. The generous breakfast provisions were a lovely surprise. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for those who like to cook with high quality cookware and appliances and plenty of utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens and the modern bathroom is spotless We really appreciated the extra touches - plenty of pillows and towels, the fire was going when we arrived, 2 sets of keys, the little extras in the pantry. Thank you Shannon for such a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Summary: Shannon is a super host and made us feel more than welcome. On arrival she had set us up with a welcome pack with all the basic essentials needed. This was a lovely touch and demonstrated the care she shows for her guests. We felt completely at home in Newport cottage and our only regret was having to leave.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay and having stayed at many ABB homes in many locations, this property is one of the best properties we have stayed!!! It was so comfortable, luxurious, clean and had everything we needed for a family with a child and baby. The owner Shannon did an exceptional job to greet us on arrival, ensuring we had everything required and was available should we need throughout our stay. Cannot fault this home it was simply exceptional!!!

Summary: Shannon did a fantastic job of preparing the cottage for our arrival - the fire was going and afternoon tea awaited us after a long day of travel. Everything we could possibly need was available to us which was wonderful. The cottage is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with all sorts of necessities. The cottage is close to shops and public transport which was also really handy.
