After closing down during Covid, we are reopening our sunny 2 bed/2 bath home! If you're looking to discover downtown Indianapolis, you've found the right place at our Lockerbie home. Small fenced in back yard - enjoy a glass of wine with family and friends on the patio. Blocks from Mass Ave, Sun King, Easley Winery, Bottleworks, & other downtown establishments. Best of all, we are next door to Ralph's Great Divide. Street parking.
Our home is located across from the interstate, and due to current construction, at times you can hear construction noise... you can sometimes hear the train, too. Also, we did have one guest mention that the music at Ralph's Great Divide (the restaurant/bar next door) was able to be heard in our place.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for the weekend with our dog and this place worked out great. Clean and walkable to many places dtown. We had a great time!

Summary: I was in town to visit friends and work. The place was perfect for what I needed plus having my dog with me made it even better. The backyard was perfect for my dog to run around and play. The house was cozy and again had everything that I needed. I would highly recommend

Summary: All amenities in his property are in an excellent condition. The house itself is conveniently located from highway, and is an easy walk to various downtown venues. The Whole Food market is within walking distance, and we enjoyed walking there for organic produce and prepared food. Overall, it serves a wonderful home away from home. This property will be our top choice next time when we visit Indianapolis. The property owner is very efficient in responding to our questions, and we are grateful to her for our experience in Indianapolis.

Summary: Traveled to town for work and all the hotels were booked so I found this little gem on VRBO and so glad I did. The house itself was clean, cute and spacious. The host was so great with the perfect amount of communication. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Summary: This home was perfect for our annual Christmas Kick Off. Located close to the Theater and a short walk to downtown. The home was well appointed with all of the things we needed. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and easy to talk with/ We had an amazing dinner at Ralph's Great Divide which is right next door. We will definitely would like to stay again when we visit Indianapolis again. Only draw back is that the home is very close to the highway and you can hear the noise from the highway all night. Just takes some getting used to.

Summary: We had a great stay! The house looked exactly like the pictures online- VERY clean! Communication with the owner was easy, as well as the check in process. Has everything you would need! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: The owner, Tiffini, did an awesome job in welcoming us to her property. She left us with a nice bottle of wine and treats for our pups from a local dog bakery. We checked in rather late but the check in process was really easy. She left a binder with great recommendations for the area and the property was close to Mass Ave businesses and a couple of outstanding breweries. The house is next to a busy freeway, but the noise wasn’t an issue at all. My dogs enjoyed their stay & the backyard was perfect. My husband was initially skeptical because we arrived after midnight & next to a freeway; he wasn’t sure what I had gotten us into! But his reservations soon went away when he realized how close the breweries were! I had hoped to visit Ralph’s Great Divide (a diner) to sample their pies, but will have to take a rain check (literally!). It was also nice when we went to a Colt’s game to have our 2 poodle mixes hang out at the house (kenneled). I didn’t have to worry that they’d be stuck in a hotel room. Our son attends school here so I’m sure this won’t be the last time we visit.
