Positive: The location was ideal, very convenient for a night out in deep ellum. I liked that there was parking included since public parking in that neighborhood is a nightmare. The bed and couches comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking had I been so inclined.

Positive: Loved the spaciousness of the place and that I was able to have a full kitchen (besides coffee maker but I don’t drink coffee). Very secure building with multiple key fob scans in order to get through the building, also was in walking distance of the concert venue I went to.

Negative: There is a DART system right next to the property so you do hear the sounds all through the day and night, I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me but I could see how it could be bothersome, also no tissues or paper towels available.

Summary: It was a great place to stay, spacious and clean with a full kitchen. The building is very secure and I felt safe

Positive: The fire alarm went off several times. We appreciated Sedrick calling to check on us.

Negative: There wasn't a coffee maker in the apt.

Summary: Sedrick was patient and detailed when explaining how to get into the building, elevator, and room.
