Positive: Aiden was incredibly helpful. All other staff was wonderful as well.

Negative: The bedding is a major issue we could not move without the sheets and mattress cover coming undone. Deep pocket or properly fitting sheets and mattress covers would make a huge difference.

Negative: My husband and I had to pay twice because at checkin the manager at the Resort did not get any money from Booking.com so we had to pay for it twice. We were not very happy about Booking.com and have not heard from you regarding this matter. If we don't hear from you, we will not be using Booking.com anymore. Booking.com charged us and the Resort charged us because they did not receive the money form Booking.com.
