Positive: Beautiful location, main property looked amazing on the outside. Coach house was tired looking on the outside but appeared to have been decorated and recarpeted fairly recently on the inside. Good value for money.

Negative: I waited in reception for a while for staff and walked around trying to find a member of staff to check in (I was early) they appeared to have limited staff on duty.

Summary: Short social visit to south wales to visit family.

Negative: Rooms very out dated and poorly decorated. In desperate need of a refresh. No hot water and very low pressure shower.

Negative: Room was grubby, in annexe , no shower gel (and we did mention this at the time), curtains were useless as they did not block the outside light that as shinning into our room all night.

Negative: Nothing really, a little bit dated but what do you expect with a manor not a new build.
