Summary: The house is beautifully presented, immaculately clean and has a very welcome chilled bottle of wine waiting for the guests in the fridge ( along with 2 pints of milk which is always handy). Being so close to the city centre and with free parking is a huge asset.

Summary: Very clean throughout. Spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room. Extremely well equipped. TV above bath a nice touch. Bedrooms perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 5 & 8). Two parking spaces just around the corner. City centre only a 10 min walk. Rowntree park (good for kids) only 5 min walk. Location was very handy for city break. Only negative was the shower head needs to be higher up, apart from that - fantastic all round :-)
