This beautiful 3 bedroom Detached Villa is located at the top of the Boavista Golf Resort. The Villa has private entry via electric gates and private gated access to a communal pool
The Villa is equipped with every amenity you could wish for including Wi-Fi, Meo Cable TV, Full A/C throughout and reduced fees for all amenities on the Resort.
The property is tastefully furnished and has every amenity for you to enjoy a relaxing stay.
The open plan Kitchen, Lounge & Dining Room is extremely spacious. Here you will find 2 Sofas , Chairs, Large flatscreen Smart TV, Gas Fire, 8 Seater Dining Suite, Breakfast Bar and modern kitchen.
The villa has full Air conditioning and heating throughout.
There is a Shower Room on the ground floor with Shower, WC, Sink & Heated Towel Rail
The bedroom on the ground floor has a Super King Bed which can be made into 2 Single beds, Fitted wardrobes, Small desk and chair
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms.
The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds which are zip & link and can be made into a superking bed, fitted wardrobes, En-Suite Shower Room and patio doors leading out onto the balcony overlooking the garden.

Summary: The Villa is in a golf course You can tell that the Villa is still quite new. There is no wear and tear and the materials are of very high quality. A communal pool can also be used, but it has never been where many people have stayed. Amanda was always available during our stay. thanks for that

Summary: Our family of 7 adults and 1 child stayed in this lovely villa for a week for Christmas 2019. It is a 2-story modern, new villa, with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (3 of which are ensuite). First floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room so it was perfect for our family meals and get-togethers. From the dining room, you can exit right onto a grassed back yard that has a garden gate to the common pool area. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everthing you need to make all your meals at home, We even cooked our Christmas turkey dinner! Nice dining table with seating for 8. Good heating system with 2 heaters on in the living/dining area and 1 heater in each bedroom. We made good use of the washer for laundry and there are 2 drying racks. There is patio seating to use on the several decks. Right on a golf course - some of our family made use of the resort cards left for us by the host to get discounts on golf. We also took our baby to the playground several times. Highly recommend this villa!
