Positive: The cabin was quiet, had a nice view of the lake, had a good, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Having kayaks to use was wonderful. We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well. There were lots of towels, for showers as well as beach use. Great water temperature and pressure. There was very nice outdoor seating, both up and down stairs.

Negative: The owner is fighting a losing battle with spider webs....as would be expected at a lake front home. There wasn't really a dedicated living room to sit and visit or read. We sat at the dining room table most of the time. There are two chairs and day beds downstairs, but we were much more comfortable upstairs.

Summary: Perfect get away to just read, eat, and unwind.

Positive: Absolutely loved the location and the fact they had canoes and kayaks you could personally use on the lake. There was also fishing poles and gear to fish. There was a basket of beach towels after swimming and lots of game boards my children enjoyed, as well as the ping pong table.

Positive: Door was left unlocked. Keys inside door. good instructions. The kitchen area was nice and well stocked. The refrigerator was new and full sized. The upper deck was lovely with a nice view. Good climate control. Lake water was nice once past shore entrance.

Negative: No mention of dirt roads (1.5 miles) to reach property. We arrived in rain, so muddy. Parking not as ample as stated. No room for truck and trailer. The lower (living room area) was not usable for us due to musty odor. Heavy mosquitos made being outdoors a problem. Holes in screens upstairs allowed mosquitos in living space. sleeping issue. Decorating older with many older pillows and comforters. Lake access small with lillypads, soft bottom and other plants. Kayaks/rowboat older/heavy, so didn't use.

Summary: Has potential, but wasn't working for us and we left after two days of four day stay.
