Summary: Staff was very aloof, not engaging, and generally not welcoming. PTAC unit in room was very noisy. Fortunately, staff did allow us to relocate to another room. However, it felt as though their primary concern during our room relocation was how soon we could vacate the space.

Summary: The convenient location of the hotel can't be beat. I enjoy the coffee/tea bar that is available in the lobby. The hotel is definitely nicer than a lot of places. However, the room in which we stayed is starting to show some wear and tear. The toilet area of the bathroom is also very dark but it has been that way since the hotel opened. I have enjoyed staying here multiple times and I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Pool and laundry services were out of service with no discount available. We have stayed here a lot and it’s went down hill. The bed sham had something that looked like a bodily fluid on it. We had two rooms and both fridges were broken and when I told the front desk they said there was no one available to fix it so I went to the ice machine to fill up my cooler and there was never any ice. We arrived 20 minutes early and they asked housekeeping if our rooms were ready and housekeeping said no but we will get started and 15 minutes later they were ready. How much did you clean? Always enjoyed staying here even though it was expensive but it was nasty

Summary: Great stay, great area especially for food choices, downfall the pool was out. Was told on the phone we would have access to kent states campus pool, then when we arrived we were not able to use the facility. Was abit disappointed in that as we were going to relax in the pool for a few hours before our event.

Summary: Only thing I would “complain” about was that each bed only had two pillows and they were extremely firm. Most hotels offer 4 pillows (2 soft and two firm)

Summary: Staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Certainly made no effort to make us feel wanted. Pool was closed. Would not recommend based on staff alone.
