The outdoor area is all complete with a private beach, trampoline, 10 seater heated spa pool (glorious in winter), and fire pit- perfect for roasting marshmellows.
The Space:
Perfectly positioned to face the lake, the 3 bedroom home exudes a fresh charm thanks to the high ceilings and spectacular lake views which can be fully appreciated from the living area, and the master bedroom.
Scenic walks and the cycleway are through a gate or you might prefer to try your luck at one of the nearby world-class fishing spots.
Stroll down to the sandy shore where you can make sandcastles, swim or kayak (x 2) or standup paddle board (x2).
An outdoor deck area invites summer living and afternoon barbeques.
A massive entertainers SPA pool is heaps of fun, regardless of the season!
A single car internal garage is available for secure parking if needed. (Smaller cars only)

Ngongotaha is perfectly positioned 10 mins from Rotorua township and a few mins drive from Skyline Luge, Zorb and all the Rotorua attractions.

Summary: Excellent location with some great extras available like canoes for use. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Only a 10min drive into central Rotorua. The view was amazing and great space for kids to muck around on lawn. Lovely lakeside walk right on the doorstep. Communication with Aimee and Danny (hosts) was easy. Would definitely come back again!

Summary: We stayed 2 nights. Loved the location. Beautiful view, a good place for family with kids and pets. Kayak and swing and the conservatory are the best. A great place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed the private lake access. Nespresso was a treat. Recommend a oil heater in the double bedroom, otherwise a very highly recommended place to stay. So close to city.
