Positive: Nice and clean room, very quiet with a balcony and and a pretty yard in the facilities. Perfect location to explore the surrounding area even on foot, restaurants, museum and beach. You can park nearby. The people are very warm and polite. Highly recommended!

Positive: A good sized studio apartment with a generous balcony providing lovely views over the roofs to the sea. Located in a quiet area in the centre of town within easy walking distance of all the attractions.

Negative: The apartment was somewhat tired and would benefit from updating. There was no showerhead hook on the wall in the en-suite shower room. We felt the nightly charge was slightly on the high side, however, this is probably because it is located in Sigri where there is not that much competition. The property was not easy to locate and didn't appear to have any signs identifying it as the Ioannidis - Sigri Studios. There is no parking at the property but plenty of free parking is available around the port area at the entrance to the town which is only a couple of minutes walk away.

Summary: A good sized Studio with a nice balcony providing attractive views in a central location.

Positive: Stunning view from the balcony, central location inside the village, quiet street.

Negative: Need more attention to the overused equipment (wc, bed mattress) and I noticed some areas that could have benefited from a bit more attention during cleaning (bed frames, balcony chairs etc.).
