Positive: It was fine. Location was great for centre However a wee bit dodgy in hotel area as well .Nothing to prove that but you just get that feeling sometimes. 🤔 Santa cruz a great one night visit .

Positive: The helpfulness of the staff ie, they provided a charger for my phone and charged it for me

Negative: Stairs to our floor very dark. Did not know how to activate lights on each landing until we left. Lift a bit on the small side if two people with luggage tried to get into it.
