Positive: Very nice and helpful stuff. Basic, but cozy and clean room. Free parking. 2 steps from the lake. Perfect for a night rest.

Positive: Staying 4 people in an apartment on the top floor, with 3 separate bedrooms, 7 beds and with magnificent view to lake Lucern. Responsible family of the hotel was very much appreciated.

Positive: It's a wonderful family hotel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything we asked. The room was not big for two people, but still old-fashionably pleasant and mostly clean.

Negative: Lots of dust on the top of the wardrobe with TV on it
