Summary: Nice stay at the Hotel Saint. Myself & my Dad stayed as we were going to an event at Wembley. Location is absolutely fantastic (right next to Aldgate station) and not far to get into central London. Amenities are good and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and happy upon arrival and departure. I only knocked 1 star off due to an issue with the shower flooding and it was a little tired in a few places for the price we paid. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Saint again and I would recommend to others.

Summary: Fab hotel in a great central location. Spoiled only by a mediocre cooked breakfast. The eggs were served cold and concealed, and I sent them back only to be served with replacements which were even worse. A real shame because everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Summary: The receptionist at check-in was distracted by messages coming through on her phone, and then attended to someone else who asked for a replacement key fob…all when she was supposed to be checking me in. Very frustrating.

Summary: Good location for near instant access to the tube. Really appreciated the staff letting us check in early after a long flight. The lady who checked us in was welcoming and great. Had one incident with the staff when I asked for an extra pillow. They made excuses about how no housekeeping staff was available. Then asked me to explain why I needed another pillow. It was ridiculous. They promised to deliver it in the morning and of course never did. That will be my lasting impression. The late night room service menu is a joke. 4x items. All unappetizing. The rooftop bar is very cool. But beware it turns into a night club after hours. Room was ok. Starting to get a little worn. Bathroom seemed newer and was very nice. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again, will look for a better spot next time.
