Positive: Quiet place with great views from a lovely balcony. Well-appointed kitchen. Comfy beds. Big bathtub. Easy bus access and close to the cable car to Murren & Grimmelwald. The staff were helpful and kind. (Other reviews about grumpy staff is just tourists misunderstanding Swiss culture. The staff were very straightforward; it would be brusque in the USA, but it's totally normal in Switzerland.) It was great to get take-away food & beer from the restaurant and enjoy it in the apartment. The hummus was especially tasty.

Negative: 1) The place had a bit of a funk that disappeared once the windows had been opened for a while; I think the carpets need to be cleaned. 2) The communication on the listing wasn't totally clear: I wasn't sure if my apartment had a kitchen or not until we checked in because the listing details are generic for the whole place and not specific to the unit. Similarly, I thought that breakfast was included, but it isn't for the apartment rental. It was all fine in the end, but the owners could do a better job of making that clear up front.

Positive: This hotel & restaurant in a very strategic location, transportation to all famous tourist attractions in the Jungfrau Region is very smooth and not far. This hotel & restaurant is located at the end of the road so it's perfect for resting and enjoying the atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and full smiling. There is no complaint whatsoever from me with this place and I hope to come back to this hotel again in the summer.
