Negative: The hotel does have and advertise a swimming pool and sauna - almost impossible to use. I booked the overnight stay there on the road through Czechia especially to relax in the pool with kids and use the sauna after a cold day - however the pre booking information does not include the fact that the pool area has a 10 people limit - we were not allowed to enter.

Summary: Disappointed to be denied pool/sauna entry - otherwise a good hotel with breakfast

Negative: no major issues -> in the room, there was a tea kettle, and two cups but no tray and no tea bags. -> double bed consisted of two single beds

Positive: Good location. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice. Good internet signal

Negative: It is resort, room was smaller with smaller bathroom . Bed was very hard. Also house cleaning needs to improve and pay attention to the details
