Positive: It was a great location for visiting the snow monkey Park. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. And a shuttle bus service was great to and from the train station and monkey Park. We had bed breakfast and an evening meal and absolutely loved the traditional evening meal. We also used the free onsen on site, which was great.

Positive: The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner were excellent. The location and price were great, everyone at the hotel and even locals and people in the area were so friendly. This was our favourite place we visited on our Japan trip.

Positive: Our second time at this ryokan. The van comes pick up at the train station. Later, they even drive us to find a good place to have dinner.

Positive: Had an amazing inside and outside onsen. The futons were so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to help. Such lovely staff
