Positive: Amazing castle hotel. Great value in beautiful location. Room was great, gardens were beautiful, breakfast was good. We had a wonderful stay.

Negative: It would be good if guests staying in the side rooms had a key to access the gardens and the terrace where you could sit out and enjoy the view in the afternoon. We could only access that area during the morning hours when it was open for breakfast. However, people staying in the main building could access that in the afternoon as well.

Summary: Great hotel, great location! Limited service during off hours.

Positive: Fabulous property.. staying at a castle from the 14th century was a mind blowing experience. The property is well maintained and has all the necessary amenities. Such a stunning location. Felt surreal that we could stay in such a property. Had convenient ev charging facilities in the nearby parking lot.

Negative: The bed wasn’t so comfortable. The furniture felt old and creaky. Could use an upgrade.
