Summary: All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was nice, although I think it could've been a little cleaner. There were some areas where there was visible dust or dirt but overall the room was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable for us too. The breakfast provided was very nice and they had a lot of options. The only other thing I would critique is the furniture. The couch and chair in our room and the furniture available during breakfast were a little more worn than I'd like. I think if I were staying in this area again, I'd come back to this hotel.

Summary: This was a hidden gem for me because I ALL the years of driving around that area, I never noticed the hotel but I am glad I did. The front staff were so nice. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the variety. One suggestion, have a waffle machine. Lol. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will be reserving rooms in the future.

Summary: Stayed at Homewood Suites for an overnight to attend a graduation in West Hartford. Was in a great location, the room was spacious and clean. I was really comfortable in my room even though I only needed the night. Two detractors though were the wifi didn't work, and the drain in the tub wouldn't stop running. I'm sure both of these could have been resolved if I reached out, but only staying the one night I made do. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was a plus.
