Positive: The room was in good condition and the beds were fairly good and the breakfast also good. I like the way the receptionists handle check-in and check-out.

Negative: There were no room numbers appearing in the room keys or any information to avoid some mess up. No tooth bruches were available in the room and need to buy from the property.

Summary: It was a nice stay at the property and the staff were good and the breakfast was also good.

Positive: Quick access location . Friendly staff, we needed only veg options for breakfast and staff did best to offer them

Negative: Pillows Restaurant closes very early for dinner. We reached at 9 pm but still it was closed for foods

Positive: Location good, room very comfortable with tea and coffee, good quality toiletries. Restaurant on site although we didnt eat there, also Mcdonalds and another restaurant in same grounds together with petrol station. Two ladies at reception very friendly and welcoming. We asked about a short extension as we were going to a wedding and this was arranged with ease. Special mention to Dylan who was receptionist on the day we checked out, we were having problems with the IHG app but he sorted it out for us and was very friendly and helpful, an excellent ambassador for the hotel. Well kept grounds and plenty room for parking.

Negative: Unable to think of any negatives.
