Positive: The view from the room - it was incredible. Nice room. The gym was well equipped. The breakfast was great.

Negative: The swimming pools were not heated and quite cold. The lady at the reception was not really helpful and courteous. On the weekend, there were not many gym group classes. For a 5 star hotel it was not really clean. The deck chairs and umbrellas were not neatly arranged overnight for the next day. Parking was 25€/day. There are no stores around - the hotel is outside from the cities. Clothing-free spa (sauna, salt room, steam room, ...) only

Positive: Our stay at the Hilton Costabella was absolutely perfect from check-in to check-out. We were warmly greeted at reception by Ana, who deserves special praise for her friendliness and professionalism, even if it was her first week working at this hotel! The hotel surprised my girlfriend with champagne, a tart, and a handwritten birthday card, such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip to Rijeka even more special. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with not a single flaw to mention. Every staff member we encountered - from reception and the restaurant to the breakfast team and the Eforea spa - was exceptionally kind and helpful. We’ve already recommended the Hilton Costabella to our family and friends, and we can’t wait to come back!

Positive: Right from the moment Davor the doorman greets you at this property you become aware of what fantastic stuff they have!! Gorgeous property unfortunately we had a medical incident while we were there and the staff for absolutely outstanding really kind beautiful people and I I’m sorry I did not get to enjoy the gorgeous facilities more but we will definitely go back manager of guest relations absolutely superb lovely people great facility
