Summary: The room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a used cotton pad left in the bathroom trash bin, which shows housekeeping was not done thoroughly. Very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness.

Summary: There is a serious sewage issue that causes the rooms to smell pretty bad. The smell is sometimes unbearable and should be addressed immediately. There also seem to be some issue with the AC not being turned on, especially in the gym. This hotel is top notch and should look into fixing those issues as soon as possible.
