Summary: We found the hotel to be a good location for our 4-day family trip to San Francisco. It was close enough to the tourist spots, and far enough from the city, which is what we wanted. The hotel manager Mark and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little outdated, but clean and quiet. We would stay here again.

Summary: The hotel room was good/comfortable. However, they charge you $25 for your parking which was not mentioned in advance. Also, we had to do our laundry but their washer and dryer need coins to operate. We asked the front desk to break our $20 into quarters to allow us to wash out dirty clothes but they said they do not have quarters and directed us to the 711 store 2 blocks away. They could have opened the washer/dryer to recycle the coins or better yet, upgrade their washer and dryer so guests can use credit card instead.

Summary: I arrived late and tired from a 15 hr flight and very long day. I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Sadly I cannot remember her name, but she was there in the night, then again when I checked out. It was a wonderful experience!

Summary: It was a pleasurable stay. The staff were very helpful especially the front desk person, Mark. I had trouble with turning the tv on and he came to my room to figure out why the tv was not working.
