4 Bedroom Villa in Porches

Inside you will find, in addition to the spacious living room and modern kitchen, three, in various styles decorated, comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom with A/C, box spring king size bed, private bathroom and two huge balconies located immediately adjacent where, in complete privacy, you can enjoy the sun all day long, sun beds provided. All 4 bedrooms with large flat screen televisions and satellite TV (all free to air channels), one of the other bedrooms(20m²) also with king size box spring and HIFI-stereo. All bedrooms have Daikin Air-con installed, one of the best brands known.
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen including a large American with ice maker you will find a cozy breakfast corner. The living room with a very large flat screen TV with satellite receiver, DVD player, HiFi stereo system, leather sofa’s and comfortable dining area, half rounding the living room runs a covered terrace. All windows and doors with shutters (so every room can be darkened off) and mosquito screens.
The property is completely fenced in and has 2 times a private driveway, access through electric gates.
Directly in front the kitchen there are 2 covered terraces, one of which is the 20m ² 'Kunuku-house' (Caribbean style with palm-leaf roof) with top quality garden furniture, directly adjoined by another dining area and stylish barbecue area with huge charcoal grill, luxury gas barbecue and bread oven, here one cooks with fabulous rural views! On the other side of the Kunuku house a 8 x 16m grass field with outdoor shower, at the side of the house you have private access to acres and acres of evergreen country side with pine -, almond, fig -, olive and St. Johns bread trees. A fantastic pool area, you will find a 4 x 11m pool in which the highest private waterfall in the Algarve ends, you may run the water fall yourself at any time! Either to switch on full power and use it as a shower or less powerful and creating 'background music' when water very calmly runs down .... Adjoining a (hot / cold), outside shower in between tons heavy boulders and pool pump house. Shade sails and a centuries old olive tree provide a shady place on the 50-60m ² pool terrace where sun beds, relaxing island and a hammock ensure a lounge atmosphere. Next to pool terrace is a basement bedroom (25 m ²) with shower room, sauna, flat screen TV and also recently installed Daikin Air-con unit.
A fully landscaped garden with typical Algarvian vegetation rounds the villa + pool area. At night presented even more beautiful in the light of dozens and dozens of light points, also pool and waterfall are lit, a small sea of light! We guarantee that you will feel completely comfortable with us, should you however still need something we will instantly try and organize this to your satisfaction.
Note: since 1 April 2024, there is a tourist tax applied to all new reservations. This tax will be charged per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a limit of 7 nights' stay.

Summary: Lots of information sent to us prior to our arrival, including contact details if we needed assistance. The villa is really well located in quiet peaceful surroundings, however quick access to some fantastic local restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. Lots of space for guests, there were 4 of us, but would easily sleep 8. The kitchen was well equipped for a holiday. The BBQ was easy to use with good shade cover for the hot summers as was the dinning area which was huge. I would highly recommend this villa and location, car hire is essential though. Thank you for another wonderful holiday in the Algarve.

Summary: What a wonderful four weeks we had at this luxurious villa.The web pictures do not justify how stunning this place is.The gardens,pool and general outside living spaces where wonderful and extremely secluded. Thanks to the wonderful Gloria,garderners and the pool man the villa was spotless and very well maintained. Inside space was very well layed out and the upper bedrooms offered great views of the countryside. The management team of Algarve vacations where very professional and extremely friendly. The area itself is quiet and secluded but amenities such as a midsize supermarket where only a three minute drive with a choice of three beaches only five minutes by car offering miles and miles of beautiful golden sand. Overall a stunning villa set in a great secluded spot,we would highly recommend this villa to everyone. jas,anette.george and Alexandra.

Summary: Fantastic villa , very comfortable. 3 bedrooms, one bedroom upstairs which can be completely independent of the others ( a key point for my son ), 2 bathrooms , fully equipped kitchen (american fridge with icemaker , my daughter remembers it perfectly ) . The kids loved the large pool with a waterfall and my wife loved the terraces to stay in the shade and enjoy the fantastic views over the countryside. I loved the tranquility of the villa and the fact of being just minutes away from the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve and near of very good restaurants ; Finally we liked it so much that this is the second time we back (there is so much to see and enjoy around the site). if we return it is also thanks to the owners (Jeroen and Martina ) who made a first class service during our stays, they were discreet while being present in case of need , thank you again!!. Finally the most important for us is to trust in people and much more if you need to send money , we made the right choice.
