Set on a sequestered 8.5-hectare estate with astonishing views to French Island, it is an ideal getaway for families or group of friends. Easy-to-get-to and yet remote, this homestead offers the charm of a farm stay with a country style breakfast supplied each morning which is included in the daily price.
In addition to the 4 bedrooms and their accompanying en-suites, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to dedicated facilities including a spacious lounge, rumpus/games room, dining room, and kitchenette with cooktop and oven.
While here, you’ll have complimentary access to the many onsite amenities including solar-heated pool, tennis court (with equipment), billiards table, table tennis table and BBQ area. An added attraction is the homestead’s associated farm, which you and your guests may feed, and pat the animals. This lovely opportunity provides a farm stay-like quality, enhancing the overall experience and accommodations.

Summary: We so enjoyed our stay at Heritage Bed and Breakfast. The facilities and activities were were very well suited to our family, and the children really enjoyed playing tennis, snooker,table tennis, swimming in the pool and feeding the animals.The rooms were great, with each room having its own bathroom. So cosy and comfortable. Derek and Marita were fabulous hosts who provided all that we could possibly wish for... the breakfasts were amazing! A truly wonderful get away so close to the city.

Summary: The place is perfect for families wanting an easy relaxing get away. With two large lounges you could have the children watching a movie while the parents can relax at the other end of the house. There’s a pool, tennis court and miniature animals to feed as well as many other amenities to entertain the whole family. The hosts are lovely and go out of their way to accommodate any of your needs and at the same time are rarely seen. Great views of French Island and only a short trip to Sam Remo and Phillip Island. Highly recommend staying here and exploring the Bass coast and everything it has to offer.
