Summary: I called three day before stay to see if I could change two rooms from king to double. Guy said of course no problem it’s done!! Got there and it WAS NOT.. one room smelled like carpet cleaner and dirt mixed together. Guy up front changed it to a double bed which we desperately needed. It took three trips to lobby to get fixed because phones by elevator did not work. Plus our rooms were booked together as a family and we were spread over two floors.. milk was soured, and some people do not like just flavored waffles. Rest of stay was good

Summary: Hotel was in a great idea, very well maintained and clean, the shower was phenomenal and complimentary breakfast was perfect. Friendly service at check in/out. My only gripe would be the bed, it wasnt the most comfy, bit more firm than i like but overall 10/10!!

Summary: Check in was a breeze. It literally took 2 minutes. The room was stuffy upon entering but after we got the AC going the humidity was gone and it was comfortable. The musty smell dissipated as well. We enjoyed the pool. It was not crowded at all. It was also clean. The breakfast was good. Typical options of scrambled eggs, bacon, and country potatoes. They also had a waffle maker, fresh pastries, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs and cereal options. The staff was very friendly. Overall, we had a nice one night stay.

Summary: Very nice place, super easy check in. Nice clean room, just hated the mattress and pillows. Rock hard mattress and the pillows were like bricks, barely slept!

Summary: Door in the back of the building crack open that anyone from outside can walk in. The first unit they gave us had plumbing issues in the bathroom sink towel holder 3 of them very loose. We complain and they move us to another unit. Previously we always ask a room with view and we got a room with a wall for a wiew!

Summary: Staff was great. Someone parked behind hotel with their engine running in a high rpm from about 3 to 4 am both mornings lots of trash out back but gone next morning
