Summary: Stay was lovely. Comfy bed and clean room/bathroom. Breakfast was a bit crowded but it was a Saturday morning. My request would be to see some dietary choices like almond/soy milk at breakfast. And pancakes.

Summary: Although most of the hot food was low quality (I don't know exactly why this chain uses powdered eggs) and the rest mostly carbs or sugar, the kitchen staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Top points there! Front desk manager does not know how to smile and is less than accommodating- especially to Americans. Don’t display your politics at your job! But housekeeping gets only 1 star. First night, only 2 paper thin, rough towels in room. I did request more, so 2 more paper thin towels were delivered. Second night, they did not make the bed in the morning...and I was extremely careful to never leave anything on the bed. In my friend's room, they removed her granddaughter's dolls from the bed and made it. Front desk staff was invited into the room to witness that no one had been in there.... housekeeping made excuses (lied). They were just not friendly, not welcoming. Disappointing experience!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double room with our 2 young children. Really comfortable. Great to have a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was really lovely. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff filling and keeping up with everything we wonderful. And so kind when I asked for an extra vanilla yogurt for our little guy. I’ve left the pool until last because it’s incredible! So clean. The water is a beautiful warm temperature. It’s just a straightforward pool, no slides or anything but we had so much fun as a family both on arrival and before checkout. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend for families.

Summary: Staff was great! Clean hotel with great amenities! The only negative was the mattress needs to be changed. Bed was not comfortable. It was ok for one night. Happy we were not staying longer for this reason only.
