Positive: I am not a breakfast person so I did not take any just the African tea. This place is extremely underrated. It is a nature lover's dream. It is clean, quiet and serene. You have a balcony with comfortable chairs to chill and enjoy the sound of the waves from the Kivu lake and birds chirping. The staff are very friendly. I traveled with my elderly mother who had some medical emergency in the middle of the night and the hotel totally accommodated us. It was so unfortunate we were there for only 1 night. We had way more for the value of our money and I will be back soon.

Positive: I loved the gardens and the view into the lake absolutely beautifull. Very affordable also.

Negative: The breakfast really needs improving A few pieces of fruit and an omellette wont satisfy most guests - i saw many people complaining about this i really hope the hotel will do better!

Negative: The restaurant and bar services are poor almost everything we order was out of stock. The kitchen service is poor for the money we pay.Both the dinner and the complimentary break fast were terrible.
