Summary: 3 star at best. Room key had to be changed 6 times as it stopped working. In room safe did not work , asked 3 times if it could be looked at and nobody came to look.No air conditioning.

Summary: My stay was okay. The hotel itself is fine and the room was clean, but it is certainly showing signs of wear. They really need to work on accessibility. For example, there's no reason not to have a front door that opens automatically or with a push of the button in order to make it easier for people with wheelchairs, strollers, or even just those trying to manage their luggage. Similarly, it is very annoying that the small lift that takes you to the rooms is out of order and, despite the fact that I was pushing a baby in a stroller and had a wheeled suitcase, no one alerted me to this fact or offered to help.

Summary: 2nd time staying here and was disappointed, thought the girl on the front desk was very good and the room itself was decent but WiFi and phone coverage were awful. Might have been a different experience if I wasn’t staying for work but unfortunately that was the case. WiFi crashed multiple times, couldn’t hotspot as my phone signal was “E” or “3G” at the best of times. Breakfast wasn’t great, servers didn’t come near me for ordering hot food off the menu.
