Summary: This property is nice but lacks basic kitchen needs. Our family enjoys cooking but there was just one small pot and one small pan. We had to go to a thrift store to buy extra and left them for future guests. Still not sufficient! Bring what you need folks.Location was excellent. Nice neigbours and close to the sea. The pool is really nice. Love that it’s open later. Lots within walking or biking distance

Summary: My husband and I got married on Saturday, July 26, 2025. We wanted to get away just for a few days in Destin, FL. We found this home and decided to book it. It was a good stay in the home the only issue was the TVs in all the rooms were useless because the only remote that fully worked was the one for the TV in the Living Room. On the outside the wildlife took over so we could not sit out on the balconies because of the crickets and the squirrels or whatever they were.

Summary: This home was beautiful. It was clean, equipped, and met our needs for a girls trip in April 2025. The walk to the beach was manageable and the pool, while crowded that time of year, was wonderful. We did not encounter any issues during our stay.

Summary: We visited Destin for our 1st time and stayed at The Villages of Crystal Beach in the COCO Bliss house. When booking the pictures looked great! However, when we got there it was totally different!! The refrigerator had a water leak, the night stands where all so sticky, the doors looked like they had terrible water damage, all the beds looked like they were 30 years old and the entry floor looked absolutely horrible! Also, the pool looked so beautiful in the picture and it was so nasty!! All the lounge chairs were stained and broke or just extremely dated. Finally, the location on the picture looked like the beach was just a block back and it was not at all. I called Vacasa and let them know about how dirty the house was and how the refrigerator was leaking and they never sent anyone out to fix it and only texted with me and that’s it. My family and I are very disappointed. We would love to visit Destin again, but we will most definitely not book with this company or this place ever again.

Summary: We originally picked another home but we were contacted a few weeks later it was unavailable & this home was one of the homes offered. Rooms were as advertised, WiFi never stalled but upon arrival we realized there were no pool access bracelets and it took Vacasa over 24 hours to get them to us so we lost an entire day at the pool. Add how the outside trash cans were full upon arrival & not emptied for 2 more days. The upstairs pullout couch mattress was torn & impossible for even a child to sleep on. The downstairs master bedroom had yellow stains, the manual book in the home did not have the same check out instructions as the app instructions. The home manual also stated trash pick up was daily. The ice maker did not work at all & leaked water on the floor constantly, I immediately notified Vacasa with no response to fix it. Along with there were not even enough dishes/silverware to feed everyone on & the grill had no bottom so it was useless.. I wouldn’t recommend this home. All in all we made the best of it & had a good vacation -but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Summary: Check in was great- Beautiful neighborhood and we appreciated the gate to enter/leave. Felt secure. The pool was beautiful and hot tub too. But- when we entered the property there were gnats in the kitchen. 20. The garbage bins were FULL outside. I reviewed the rule book. It is outdated. Garbage is not picked up daily (Tuesdays per the management). The garbage was not in bags. My assumption is that is because there are not enough bags in the house to contain the garbage for the guests to maintain. The grill cover was damaged, hanging off and rotting chicken in the cover. There was 1 pool bracelet for the 6 of us (rule book says 12 supplied). We were not able to use the pool until the following afternoon when bracelets were delivered. The TV's - all batteries were dead or missing for the remotes- and several remotes were damaged. We were not able to watch TV until that was resolved the following day late afternoon. I did contact management and they did deliver bracelets the next afternoon and send a maintenance employee over to clean the grill and remove the food, he put batteries in the remotes . He did not do anything about the gnats. We had to deal with those in the kitchen for the entire stay. I will not add photos since the management did fix all but the bug issue. My suggestion to the owner- update your rule books and spot check your cleaning crews work. Also- leave more garbage bags for guests.

Summary: I took my three boys and their little families, it was perfect for us. The boys and their wives had a room each & I got to sleep in a room with my grandbabies, the beds were soft and rooms were nice sized. Short walk to the pool, which was very nice. A van that would take you to the beach and bring you back. We have a favorite spot in Destin at the beach so we drove a short distance and set up and the kids had an amazing time. The house was a short distance to the Commans which my Daughter in laws loved, so while one of my boys & myself cooked, they shopped and the other two boys stayed at the house and watched the babies play. The girls agreed it was the perfect house located in the perfect spot and are already making plays for next year. ♥️♥️

Summary: Overall, Great stay! House was clean perfectly fit family of 10. We enjoyed the location, close to a lot of shopping and dining options. Pool was very nice, could have been cleaned more often a lot of swimmers and it stayed busy so that is to be expected! Kitchen was adequately stocked But if you have any question of whether to bring Specific item I would bring it! Overall very nice property for our stay!
