Positive: Very easy to work with the hosts. We had luggage scheduled for delivery the day after we checked in, since this is an unmanned hotel, but it was delivered the morning of the day we were supposed to check in, and left outside! Our flight didn’t arrive until 9pm, so you could see how this is a problem. The host sent out a staff member to pick it up and place it in my room! What a life saver! And on top of that, we had issues with one of our rooms with water pooling in the shower and a leak as well. They immediately changed the room, even upgraded to a larger one too. So yeah, the host was great. Responded to concerns in a very timely manner.

Negative: The elevator does not stop at floor two 😞

Summary: Well worth its value!

Positive: It's a nice room, yet at a crossroads, lots of traffic. The window are huge, single glass. Nice shower, yet water stays a long time on the bathroom floor They have an elevator!! That was good, staying at the 5th floor 🤪

Negative: The window are huge, single glass. With the bathroom door open, the air-conditioning clearly isn't capable of removing all the heat (and it wasn't a sunny day) The bed was a bit too soft for my taste

Negative: There was a bit of a funny smell, the AC wasn't strong enough.

Summary: Decent room, weak AC and a bit smelly in our room. Nice and helpful staff.
