Positive: The scenery was amazing of the countryside. The place was clean, close to the main road spit was convenient to drive to the nearest village which was 15 minutes away to pick up groceries. Close to many lakes and hiking trails. The bbq was great with enough seating outside to enjoy the nature. Will book again next summer and have already recommended the place to my family and friends.

Positive: The house was spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, it was lovely to have en suite in the 2 largest bedrooms. Generally it suited our party of 8, mainly adults, very well.

Negative: The showers were pitiful, but there was constant hot water. Some of the furniture was a bit 'tired', but acceptable. The fridge leaked water & you had to be careful not to knock the 'on/ off ' switch. Having to put cash into a meter for the washing machine & freezer, without any guidance as to how much was needed per wash, meant we were over generous & left a credit of about £3.

Summary: A wonderful weekend thanks to the exceptional weather & the location of the house.

Positive: Good location, good views and 10min drive from the village. Very proactive in recycling

Negative: Sorry to say it wasn’t very clean, there were cobwebs everywhere. Showers did not appear clean. Cutlery tray and dishwasher was also very dirty

Summary: Enjoyed the location and views, dog friendly but disappointing the cleaning was poor.

Positive: It's a lovely house, just the right size for our party. Kitchen was well-equipped, which was excellent. A little welcome pack of milk, biscuits, tea would be a nice touch. personally, I'd be happy to pay for this extra. A door code is a great idea. Leaving it at a simple-to-guess "default code" ... not so much!

Negative: It might be nice to have a spare set of key for a larger party that keeps different schedules. The bedding is a little tired and could do with replacing. The pillows in some of the rooms are old and definitely need replacing.
