Summary: Although our hosts spoke no English with my limited knowledge of the French language and by using translator apps. communication was very efiicient and helpful.Our hosts answred all of our questions and help us find a good local restaurant and taxi so we could celebrate our 50th, wedding anniversary.The conversion of the gite had been done extremely well especially downstairs - excellent well equipped kitchen/dining/lounge areas - the upstairs was very clean etc. but space was limited - no wardrobe - needed better storage but space constrained as bedrooms in roof.Gites either side still being worked on so looked a little like a building site - all should have been completed before letting & needed some soft lanscaping/pation area to sit on - price was reasonable reflecting more work required.

Summary: The property was everything we could have wanted - spotlessly clean, well equipped and in an excellent location for an exploration of the Loire Valley. Annick was there to meet us, and during our three week stay was available to make sure we had everything we needed to make our holiday perfect. The property was spacious and comfortable, and set in a peaceful, tranquil area. The en suite bathrooms were an excellent feature, with plentiful hot water. We all had a wonderful time and thank Annick for her care and consideration of us.

Summary: Great mid-terraced Gite in a good location close to Amboise. Handy for all Chateaus. Bedrooms are small but well equipped. Living area was large light and very airy. Loads of Parking, we had three cars. Secure Gated garden.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The property is well equipped and very comfortable. Our host made us feel very welcome. The kitchen, dining and reception rooms are a good size, but the bedrooms and bathrooms are rather small. The location is very rural but situated well for visiting local tourist sites. We certainly recommend this property.

Summary: We have recently returned from a fantastic holiday. The Gite is absolutely stunning and very well maintained, modern and equipped with everything you need. We loved exploring the surrounding area and came across some beautiful sites. There is a local supermarket in Montrichard called Super u, where you can stock up on all your groceries as well as many other things. We would defintely recommend this Gite to anyone looking for tranquil relaxing break but also to guest wanting a beautiful base to explore France. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Summary: We had a great vacation in the “Tremblay”. The house by itself is an old farm newly renovated. Everything inside was like new and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable. Any accessories you could think of were in the house (washer/dryer, outdoor table, umbrella, outdoor sun loungers, barbecue, and much much more) The garden was exceptional for the kids to play outside, feed the fish in the pond, look at flowers/insects and watch the grass mower robots. It was also great for adults to enjoy summer meals and afternoon naps under the big shady tree. The house is very quiet as it is located 5 min away from a small village, Vallières-les-grandes. But it is also very easy to access supermarkets and beautiful castles, 10 min from Montrichard and 20 min from Amboise. The owner did her best to make our stay confortable and responded quickly to any of our demands. Thank you Annick! Overall great great experience!!!

Summary: This was great place to stay while enjoying magnificent Loire Valley. The house is high spec, it has everything to make your stay enjoyable. The location is great! In a middle of the field but close to all shops and amenities. Grounds are great: lots of space, kids just loved it! Special thanks to the host who really made an extra mile to make the holiday great!

Summary: Fabulous location between the Loire and Cher, in the countryside. The cottage was immaculate with an excellent kitchen and bathrooms. The spacious living area downstairs combined kitchen, dining and sofas, which worked very well. The only downside was the size of the beds which were a little cosy for 2 but I am used to a Super King at home! The kitchen had everything needed apart from a sharp vegetable knife!

Summary: We stayed here in late August 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was centrally located to all of the attractions we wished to visit (15 mins to Chenonceau and Amboise, 30 mins to the Zoo and less than 40 mins to all of the other chateaus we wished to visit). The home is quite large and well appointed. Grocery store in about 10 minutes away in Montrichard. Our host was very responsive. If you are looking for a good place for a meal try La Fourchette in Amboise.
