Summary: My room was not made in 4 days. i dint get towels unless i wend to front desk and i ask for. Police was call @ 3 am, people screening @ room 317 , i try to call customer service but the phone was broken so i went to the front desk to advice about the incident.

Summary: Good hotel. King sized bed was great. They offered breakfast, but we never made it to that. There isn’t much to do in the area. The mall is a few minutes drive away. We popped in one evening. It’s a great mall. If you’re interested in taking the ferry into Lower Manhattan, it’s about a 30 minute drive to the ferry terminal. The hotel itself is in a quiet area. Room had a small fridge. No microwave.
