Summary: This property was wonderful The only complaint was the outside of the property did not match the inside. The inside is immaculate. Also, this is a place to say if you want to be in Tres Cantos, not Madrid. I stayed to visit family friends. Great spot!

Summary: Staff great, food average, building could be much better internally quite dated and jacuzzi bath not working. Area looks rough surrounding and hear road noise all night

Summary: Very friendly and customer-oriented staff. My original reservation was somehow cancelled(not sure why, probably There's problem with the app), they processed the refund request very quickly. Customer service is very good.
