Summary: There were a few things broken but easy to repair. My home was comfortable and I will definitely be returning. That staff were excellent!!!

Summary: My only complaint is that from the booking site I was not aware how far of a walk it was to the clubhouse for food, transportatiion, etc. That said they were good at sending a shuttle for us when I asked.

Summary: Will absolutely be back! Loved our accommodations and the water park! Trash was picked up everyday and the grounds were nice and maintained. I felt like this was well worth the money! Loved every part of our stay!

Summary: Too many mechanical issue in thw home and dissmuve staff made for a bad experience. Beautiful property, but upkeep needs to be enhanced to maintain the houses.

Summary: We love staying here and have done for 12 trips so far, however this time the allocation of house wasn’t in our favour as we had a small plot backing onto a wall with a road on it. The houses were also far to closely packed together so it made for a lot of neighbour noise to. House was fine although could have done with some TLC to. Usually they are mint and on a sensibly sized plot but not this time. Also the site was hosting a large religious event over 2 weeks across Easter which literally took over the site, facilities etc. really they should block book the entire site for the festival goers as it made for a struggle at times, or at least put it on the website so yo can avoid those 2 weeks if you want a quieter experience.

Summary: My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible. Because the staff is burnt out with these rude guests, they will assume you are there for the event and be rude to you from the start. Not a single smile or ounce of customer service. You should be warned there is a "special event" during that time that may alter your experience before booking during this event. We had no idea it would be happening and I guess it takes place every year. We were just traveling for spring break.

Summary: Staff was inattentive to our requests. Our refrigerator was not functioning. The ice maker was not working. We called the main office to ask for ice and for someone to repair it. We were told someone would be there that day to fix it but in the mean time they would bring us ice. No one ever showed up that day. We called again the next day and were told they would make sure someone came that day. Again no one showed up. We went our whole stay (4 days) with a broken ice maker and no ice. One day we went to the Starbucks in the clubhouse to ask for cups of ice and got an attitude from the worker when we asked for a couple of cups of ice. Not happy with my stay and will not be returning. Customer service is lacking at this place.

Summary: My stay at Encore Resort and Water Park at Reunion by Rentyl was not entirely to my satisfaction. While the property has great potential, there were several aspects that did not meet my expectations. Additionally, despite having already paid for my reservation through Expedia, I was charged again twice by the resort, which was very disappointing and inconvenient. However, I would like to highlight that the experience was significantly improved thanks to the exceptional service provided by Liz at the front desk and Yamal at the pool bar. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly made a difference during my stay. I hope the resort can address these issues, as it has the potential to offer a much better overall experience.
