Positive: I liked being greeted when I came through the door. I liked the room and it looked modern and fresh. I liked the evening reception and breakfast.
Negative: The bartender was rude and nasty.

Positive: The breakfast was great! The layout of the hotel I enjoyed. It was nice to open the door and see the courtyard. The staff was friendly.
Negative: I didn't like that only one elevator worked and It closed fast on you when entering. The phones did not work to call the front desk and there were no phone numbers.

Positive: The hotel was very convenient to Inova Loudoun Hospital where I was having outpatient surgery. Having a good breakfast each day at the hotel was convenient because we didn't have a car. My niece liked being able to enjoy a cocktail each evening and coffee was always available.
Negative: Beds were a little to firm with little fours. They would benefit from a foam topper on the mattress for a more restful sleep.
Summary: The hotel was a good choice for location, amenities and helpful staff.
