Positive: Location. Charm. Unique. Beautiful area. Easy walk to Champs-Élysées. May places to eat and shop. Loved this area.

Negative: For the rooms facing the cafes - Cafe noisy early morning and evening-being the cafe was beside the hotel. Cafe tables were set up early mornings - which is the biz - trucks delivering products. The interior of room was tired.

Positive: Great location with a view of the Arc de Triomphe and within a five minute walk to the metro. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of fresh food.
